Nash Holos Publications launched with the Ukrainian Food Flair cookbook — the first glimpse of a much larger body of work built over decades on air. With more writing underway and long‑standing ideas finally taking shape, this emerging publishing channel marks the start of bringing that work together in print, with more to come.

Ukrainian Food Flair Cookbook

The first Nash Holos publication, Ukrainian Food Flair: Authentic Recipes from Canada’s West Coast, was released in 2024. It was published as a tribute to the memory of Sylvia Pidraziuk Molnar, who presented the Ukrainian Food Flair radio series on Nash Holos Ukrainian Roots Radio for many years. It features over 200 recipes from the  series, along with personal notes and anecdotes. More details here.
